30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our financial education products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Eligibility for Refunds
Physical Products
For physical products (workbooks, planners, guides, etc.), the following conditions apply:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product
- The product must be returned in its original condition
- The product must not be damaged, written in, or show excessive wear
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Digital Products
For digital products, the following conditions apply:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- You must provide a valid reason for requesting a refund
- If the digital product has been downloaded or accessed extensively, we reserve the right to decline the refund request
Services and Workshops
For services such as workshops or consulting:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products after the download has started
- Services that have already been partially or fully performed
- Custom or personalized products

Refund Processing

- Credit card payments will be refunded to the original credit card
- Mobile money payments will be refunded to the original mobile money account
- Bank transfers will be refunded via bank transfer to your account
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For physical product returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products if you received a damaged or defective item, or if we sent you the wrong item. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
